We highly recommend you to pre-diet at home.

Two to three weeks before the tour, avoid eating heavy foods (fried, salty, smoked foods), fish and meat, drinking alcohol. If you find it too difficult, stick to a fruit & vegetable diet with one or two calorie restriction days at least for a short term, for about a week. Your last dinner before the program should be very light!

It is important to hold a positive attitude towards fasting, be prepared to stick to the diet plan, and give up smoking and drinking for the entire calorie restriction period.

Towels (changed every three days), bathrobe, slippers, hair dryer, soap, toilet paper, single-use shampoo and shower gel. We provide laundry and ironing services. Each service costs 200 rubles.
Our Medical Center has common areas dedicated to relaxation and recovery: yoga space, a creative workshop, a 700-meter walking circle (Nordic walking sticks are available), a sportsground, swings and gazebos for meditation on the bank of the Katun and throughout the premises, a library in the lounge, and a cinema hall.

Things to pack
Warm clothes: sweater, trousers, jacket (depending on the season), headwear. Our Center is situated on the bank of the mountain river Katun, surrounded by mountains, so the weather here is changeable. Nights and mornings can be cold, and afternoons are quite warm.

Comfortable outfit for long daily walks along the premises and beyond. In spring and summer, it can be a tracksuit and a light jacket, trainers and a light headpiece. Autumn clothing should provide protection against wind and moisture, and in winter, it should be warm and comfortable. It can be a ski wear and warm trekking boots.
Please note that you may feel chilly during calorie restriction, it is normal. So, pack comfortable clothes to wear inside: cozy homewear and pajamas. For your procedures and morning workout, you will need a tracksuit and trainers. For baths, you will need a swimsuit and SLIPPERS.
Other necessities
Toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, shower gel, shampoo, cream, etc.). At a certain stage of fasting, you may experience skin and mucous membranes dryness, so remember to pack lip balm, and it is a good idea to have some basic skin oil (peach, apricot, grapeseed, wheat germ, almond, cedar, etc.). But do not worry if you forget to pack something, we will help you! In our Center, you can buy any toiletries that you may need.

Our main objective is to ensure your reboot both physically and emotionally, and we do our best for that — the Center is in a secluded place, we have no TVs. However, we understand that in our information age, it is important for people to stay in touch with their family, colleagues, friends, that is why we provide you with a 24/7 access to free Wi-Fi. Remember to bring your chargers.
Bring some cash or a bank card to buy souvenirs in and outside the Center and pay for optional procedures beyond your standard program. We have a wide range of extra services that you can choose to use and pay for upon arrival.
WE VALUE THE WORK AND THE KNOWLEDGE OF OUR EMPLOYEES, AND WE APPRECIATE YOUR TRUST, THAT IS WHY WE DO NOT REPLACE THE PROCEDURES WITHIN THE PROGRAM WITH OPTIONAL SERVICES. IF YOU REFUSE ONE OF THE PROCEDURES WITHIN YOUR PROGRAM FOR PERSONAL REASONS, WE CANNOT REFUND OR REPLACE IT (NOT EVEN WITH A SURCHARGE).
