Decision on fasting is made on a case-to-case basis following a data collection, medical examination, laboratory and functional tests of a guest.
Cardiovascular conditions: fibrillation; paroxysmal tachycardia with frequent attacks; heart failure (stages C and D); uncontrolled hypertension, hypertensive crisis; cardiomyopathy; third-degree atrioventricular block with a heart rate under 50 bpm or Adams–Stokes syndrome; myocardial infarction, including a rehabilitation period of six months; indications for heart surgery and a rehabilitation period after surgery (six months)
Digestive conditions: acute and chronic hepatitis of any etiology; cirrhosis of any etiology; liver failure; ulcerative colitis; diverticulosis
